The shelter is a small building with dimensions of 4.20 / 4.20 m. Its shape is compact, it is a module that can be connected to another one on each side. The load-bearing structure is entirely of wood, except for the bases that have steel profiles. The walls are panels with a wooden frame and can be dismantled by connecting two or more modules. The contrast between the facade materials makes the shelter visible from afar.

Under reduced visibility, a red light signal from the wind turbine mast will guide tourists. The capacity of the shelter is 9 people.

The connection of the shelter to the Internet is secured via a 1.2Gbps Point-to-Point radio link between an antenna mounted on a mast to a shelter and an antenna located on a building in Sofia from where the route is taken over by the selected provider.
